Your Mentor
Christa Gurka — the woman who actually did it.
Christa Gurka is a Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor turned entrepreneur who started her studio in 2008 — in the middle of a recession, in 300 square feet.
Over the next 18 years, she grew it into a multi-location, multi-seven-figure business with dozens of employees. In 2025, she successfully exited — with a seven-figure sale and a business that had been built to run without her.
She didn’t learn this from a business degree. She learned it by doing it. And then by helping over 100 health and wellness business owners do the same thing — across Pilates, physical therapy, yoga, and beyond.
She’s not teaching theory. She’s teaching the exact framework she used and refined over more than two decades of doing the work.
