Welcome back to another episode of Female emPOWERED! Overthinking doesn't sound so bad on the surface right? But overthinking can cause problems. When you overthink, your judgments get cloudy and your stress gets elevated. You spend too much time in the negative and it can become difficult to act. I’m an introvert and an overthinker, which means I’ve spent my fair time isolating myself in a sort of “mental hell”. Overthinking doesn’t just harm my short-term health, relationships, and career. If I allowed it to, it would eventually take my life. So, rather than overthink the problem, I decided to act and find a way.
