This is Not a Typical Business Retreat
Most retreats are built to inspire you.
This one is built to relieve you.
No packed agendas.
No performative networking.
No pressure to keep up.
Instead, you’ll get:
-
One full day to clarify and make the decisions you’ve been avoiding
-
One full day to work like a real CEO with support when you want it and space when you don’t
-
Time to reset your nervous system so clarity actually sticks
This is not about doing more. It’s about choosing better.
“The mindset shift alone was worth it.”
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for you if:
- You’re an established business owner (not in the “figuring it out” phase)
- You already know how to work, and you’re just tired of carrying everything
- You feel stuck circling the same decisions
- Your business is successful, and you know this work matters
- You want clarity to keep operating at this level
This retreat is not for you if you want:
- Fight for your excuses
- Hype or hustle culture
- Surface-level motivation
“Empowering, restorative, confidence-building, and rooted in community.”
What We’ll Work On (Without Overworking)
Day 1: Decisions & Direction
You’ll identify the 2–3 decisions that have the biggest downstream impact on your business — and finally make them. You’ll learn:
- Which decisions actually require caution
- Which ones are reversible and should already be made
- Why most owners stay stuck by treating everything like a permanent risk
You’ll leave this day lighter, clearer, and no longer circling.
Day 2: The Real CEO Day
This is where the retreat becomes rare.
Instead of being told what to work on, you choose:
- Deep work
- Co-working
- 1:1 strategy time with me
- Downtime or reflection
I’ll meet with each participant individually to:
- Pressure-test decisions
- Simplify plans
- Translate ideas into real-world execution
This is how I structured my own CEO days and how CEOs actually work with autonomy, support, and space.
“This retreat helped me trust myself again as a business owner.”
Presence & Polish
Each participant will also record a professional video during the retreat. I am inviting my amazing videographer, who will (insert outcome)
This can be used as:
-
A website welcome video
-
A founder message
-
An authority-building asset for your brand
You won’t just feel more confident, you’ll leave with something that reflects it.

"Christa Gurka's business retreat was a game changer for myself and my business. Business ownership can at times feel isolating and overwhelming, but this high touch retreat left me feeling the benefits of camaraderie and connection with other like-minded business owners as well as the bonus of improved clarity about myself and my business. Christa seamlessly blends helping you get down to the necessary work, while providing a space for rest and rejuvenation."
- Mollie D.
"I came to the retreat feeling overwhelmed, insecure, and unsure of what was next for my business. What surprised me most was how much clarity and confidence came from simply slowing down, being supported, and sharing honestly in a room full of women who truly understood. Christa curated the perfect experience for us and I left feeling calmer, more grounded, and reassured that I had what it takes to lead my business into its next chapter."
- Beth A.
"Before the retreat, I was completely overwhelmed — trying to do everything in my business while leading my team, growing the practice, running workshops, and raising a young family. I felt like I had to be involved in every detail, and the thought of stepping back or delegating made me worry everything would fall apart.
What surprised me most was how much the environment itself impacted me. The setting at Saranbe was absolutely gorgeous — peaceful, inspiring, and intentionally designed. Learning about the community and being immersed in that calm, elevated space created the mental clarity I didn’t even realize I was missing.
My biggest takeaway was building out a true leadership structure that allows my business to grow and scale without requiring me to do more. I left with permission to do less — to delegate the small tasks and focus only on the strategic decisions that actually move the business forward.
I remember running payroll during the retreat, and Christa saying, “Next year, you won’t be doing this — someone else on your team will.” At the time, it felt impossible. Now it’s true. I no longer run payroll. My team does.
Since the retreat, I operate with more confidence, clarity, and intention. I’ve embraced the idea that taking care of myself isn’t selfish — it’s essential to leading well.
